Dr. Rick the Chiropractor

Dr. Richard Tavares, Hons,BSc, DC, Dac is operating a chiropractic clinic in the communities of Woodbridge, Vaughan, Maple, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, and Toronto.

Dr. Rick helps patients with back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and a variety of problems linked to the central nervous system via the spine. Chiropractic adjustments—manual adjustments made by Dr. Rick to the neck, spine, and joints—reduce immediate suffering of those patients who are in sudden pain, and over time, restore normal function.

Chiropractic treatment can help conditions such as: whiplash, strains, sprains, repetitive strain injury (RSI), and headaches.

His chiropractic patients include amateur and professional athletes; industrial workers with occupational health problems (such as repetitive strain injury, or RSI); men and women with pain based on tension in the back, spine and neck; automobile accident victims; home accident victims; and people who simply woke up in pain, or stretched the wrong way, heard something pop, and started to hurt.

As the father of three sons, Dr. Rick is also experienced in the gentle chiropractic treatment of children.
